We have hope of a heavenly inheritance when our work here is done. We are born again through Jesus’s death, burial, and resurrection, and have become children of God. We have an inheritance waiting for us. While we remain here as pilgrims and sojourners on this earth, we are kept by God through faith. Therefore, we can rejoice through our trials because our destination is sure.
