As we study through these two verses of James about judging each other, we have to look at what Jesus said in Matthew 7. Pastor Dan gave us some guidelines. A Christian should not judge a person's salvation, but we are to judge the fruit of someone's life. We don't want to judge someone's motive, and we certainly don't want to place ourselves in the judgement seat looking down our nose at other people and their problems as if we are someone superior to them. We never know what someone is going through or how hard they are trying.
