As Christians facing opposition, it’s important to live mentally ready for action. Peter tells us to “gird up the loins” of our mind. In other words, be ready. We prepare our minds to be healthy and dwelling on His Word, spending time in worship. We ditch out old passions. Make new passions. And we live a holy life.
