James 2:1-13 // The Problem With Partiality

James warns not to show partiality or favoritism to anyone based on their appearances. Favoritism or partiality is contrary to the heart and nature of God. James calls it a sin, and though some may consider it a minor sin, James says all sin will separate you from God. Therefore, we ought to act as one who is freed from all that.
