James 1:9-18 // From Trials to Temptations

James continues listing wisdom for Jewish Christians dispersed throughout the region. He moves from talking about trials to talking about your station in life. He then moves to the subject of temptation and says there is a blessing for those that endure temptation. He says that God is not the source of the temptation, but our own fleshly desires. James then says that the good things that you receive when you endure the temptation come from God.
